[:1]jw in anybody could give me their opinions for both pve and pvp, this is regarding resto druids.
PVE wise, Haste > Mastery. We go for points in cap and then work on the other as we gain more haste with gear. The main haste point we go for is 2005.
I don't pvp, so someone else has to chime in there.
