Plz help

[:1]Hey everyone....this is the alt of an alt, but I have to step in and tank every once in a blue moon when the guild is short a tank. I don't see close to any sort of raid action on this toon because of it. Is there anything I should be changing so if I have ot step in and tank on any givin night, I can do so with the least worry to my healing core?
